This team’s got heart. Not perfect but made the big plays when they needed them most. Let’s keep this thing going.

injury update from reno:
karhu — out for season
benn — likely out for season
hickey — out for season
pantelis — out 0-2 weeks
durand — demoted
edogbare — pitch count

Durand was injured, not demoted. Being evaluated tomorrow. Get the facts correct before posting.

Guyton was the spark that the secondary needed. Enjoy your weekend gentlemen! Boola boola

Team stats are lopsided for Dartmouth: 368 total yards to 275, 221 rushing yards to 36, 11-17 on 3rd down v. 2-10. The key was Yale getting four turnovers and not giving away any.

A good win in what can be a tough place to play, but the team can’t count on being +4 in turnovers every week. Let’s hope there’s improvement in both running the ball and defending the run.

When you have talented RB’s it’s usually the offensive line. But injuries can cause the lost of a step and that can be crucial as well.

Bunch of whiners on this blog. Tough bunch of kids showed heart to win this game in a place they haven’t won in 13 years

Congratulations on a great victory. I see Yale plays Sacred Heart, while Howard University is playing against Northwestern in Evanston, IL.
The Final was Northwestern 23
Howard 20 .! We should be playing Northwestern. Sigh

Not We Yale , they deserve to play a steady diet of those kinds of teams.
Go Bulldogs, great job

Not saying Dartmouth didn’t dominate the line of scrimmage, but first downs aren’t always a good indicator in a game. Yale had four, I believe, long pass completions of 30+ yards including a 70 yard TD. You don’t pile up first downs passing like you do running.

Winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing. – Vince Lombardi
Just win, baby. – Al Davis

What I miss is Kaharu’s tenacity on that offensive line. That’s what I feel that is missing on that front. If Yale is going to win this league, that line needs to turn it up a lot. He’s running backs, have no holes to through. Those lineman need to get out hat on somebody and hold those blocks. Stop going through the motions go Bulldogs.

Yes, someone needs to wake up/fire up our OL. Last year’s #66 did this job magnificently. Any volunteers from this year’s line?

OL should be Bulldozing their opponents. Get in front move those legs. Have some DAMN PRiDE.!!
