Foye Oluokun, the NFL’s regular season tackling leader last year, has established himself as the leader of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ defense after signing a contract worth up to $46.5 million with $28 million guaranteed this off-season. Defensive Coordinator Mike Caldwell referred to Oluokun as the “security blanket” of his unit while praising the leadership skills that Foye has brought to Jacksonville.
