Griffin O’Connor is a 6’3″, 208 lb. quarterback from Edison High School in Huntington Beach, California. O’Connor stays strong in the pocket and can quickly sidestep defenders while keeping his eyes downfield to deliver a big strike. He makes difficult throws such as deep out routes look rudimentary. O’Connor’s footwork is more advanced than the majority of Division 1 quarterback recruits. Bulldog fans were elated when O’Connor decommitted from UNLV and chose Yale as Ivy prospects with his throwing power and accuracy are few and far between.

Big, strong QB. Should battle Nick H. for back-up of Kurt Rawlings.
guys Jimmy Check has a good chance to be Rawlings back-up .Looked real good in spring game.
The quarterback situation got a whole lot better. Walt, Jimmy Check if stays healthy looks very good.
Glad to hear about Jimmy Check. Was he injured last year?
He looks brave in the pocket with a strong arm. Lots of RPO plays in the highlights which promises a mature reading of the game. This looks like an exciting prospect.
