An knowledgable insiders look at the “rumored” recruits. An excellent start. Keep ’em coming.

like to see jacob van de grift at center this year or somewhere on the line. Any thoughts?

What do you former bulldogs think of the new non contact practice process? I have been watching Yale for a long time and it seems there are always 5-10 players w/out pads at the first game and after.

Don’t know much about Van de Grift personally, but Yale will need several offensive linemen to step up and take leadership roles to protect an inexperienced QB next season.

We support the elimination of full tackling in Ivy League practices. There was very little tackling in practices prior to the rule and it does not change the style of play at the line of scrimmage either. It could prove to be a slight disadvantage in the first contest against Colgate, however.
