Yale if thats all you got its going to be a long season No flow in the game at all . First time in bowl history the man announcing the game had to get the fans to yell for Yale. The bowl was like a death camp. By the columbia game there will be no one in the bowl.Nice job Vicky Chun with the parking more people hate yale today then every before.

A lot of offensive weapons and if they stay healthy they should score a lot of points. Rawlings wasn’t at his best, but he was still very good and always makes a play when Yale really needs it. Dudek got better as the game went along.

The D looked good, but we will have to see. Yale will be facing a lot of teams with better offenses than HC

I agree I saw and heard people arguing about somebody left his medication in the car. They wouldn’t let him back in.
I had a friend who uses a walker to move. He said J this is the last time. It to far to walk. Vicky you are and asshole

The combo of video replay, what seemed like a slow
motion officiating crew and “media” time outs made the game interminable. It look like we lost Howland, Lamar, Shohfi, Tribble, and Alston. I thought Rouse was a big help on pass coverage. Kicking game looks sketchy.

WTH..!!!for the 1st time in my life, no Yale Football coverage of a game.?Vicky Chun, you are the bully with all these changes. You have managed to destroy a tradition of Fun acceptance ,joy and comfort. in one year at the helm.
I have been going to these games since I was 5 . 1966 to be exact.I have NEVER ENCOUNTERED A FEELING OF LETHARGY and a US VERSUS THEM. or THE HAVE AND THE HAVE NOTS.
GOOD JOB CHUN, YOU KILLED it AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY.

1st time not seeing anything with the NEW HAVEN REGISTER. REGARXING A YALE FOOTBALL TEAM.!!!
VICKY IS THAT YOUR HANDY WORK ALSO. OH AND YOUR WEBSITE SUCKS. NO BOXSCORE OF THE GAME EITHER . BRILLIANT.
I AM PLEADING PRESIDENT OF YALE TO REIGN YOU INBEFORE YOU DESTROY ANYTHING ELSE.

JH there was a box score on the website but you really have to search for it. Go to the Yale schedule on the site and you will find it.
I spent 10 minutes looking for it.

Gentlemen; just one man’s opinion here but a good effort by our blue squad. The offense looked rusty at best yet It was the first game and reminded me a little bit of many opening games against the Huskies. Mr. Rawlings made some big plays but I would prefer for him not to throw so many passes into double/triple coverage on Mr. Klubnik There is after all other competent receivers on the squad..The return of Mr. Shohfi should help in this regard although it is unclear as to why he didn’t play in this game..My hats off to the Cornerbacks Mr. Rouse and Mr. Henson who played well And should allow the defensive coordinator to put much needed pressure on the opposing quarterback by blitzing one of the linebackers..All in all the squad fought hard and came away with a victory..My biggest concern at this point is the status of Mr. Howland,Mr. Lamar and Mr. Alston for the upcoming games.

Howland was on crutches and in a knee brace. Alston has his shoulder heavily wrapped. My guess is Howland (knee) gone for the season and Alston (shoulder) for at least six weeks.

Lamar should be back. He took himself out of the game after the first carry but remained suited the rest of the game. Looks week to week with some kind of nagging injury.

Yale has tremendous depth at running back and I prefer Roman at TE anyway.so I’m not too concerned.,

A win is a win. First game jitters and rust now hopefully gone by week 2. Big props to new WR former QB and holder Conte for stepping up and making some great plays yesterday. I wasn’t sure but it looked like I saw a two back set happen at least once yesterday. Go Bulldogs !!! F-VC.
