Oluokun Sees First Regular Season Action in Falcons’ Loss to Eagles

Ivy League Champion Foye Oluokun made his NFL regular season debut last night in the Falcons’ 6 point loss to the Eagles.  Oluokun was flagged twice for penalties, although the referees mistakenly announced three penalties on him throughout the game.  One penalty was a false start on a punt.  The second penalty was a roughing the punter call when he was blocked into the punter while trying to bring pressure.  A facemask penalty was attributed to him later in the contest, but the replay clearly showed that it was another Falcon.  Oluokun made a great play on a punt as he called off his teammates from touching the ball and an Eagle inadvertently touched the ball which Atlanta recovered.  He saw a few snaps at linebacker during the Eagles’ game winning drive as well.

Great that Foye has played professionally. Can we get more information (and support) about
Team 146? This is what fans (long-time – you know who they are) want and will bring fans into the Bowl! Don’t we want this to happen?

Trouble is today’s last blue -white scrimmage is closed again. So no news is good news? Hopefully everyone stays healthy and is ready to play week 1.

It was open to parents. Don’t know of any major injuries. Heard the offense has looked really good. You will probably notice a couple changes on the OLine at Holy Cross next week.

I see Jamal Locke (WR) is listed on the roster this year. He was not on the team last year. CJ McCord (WR) also back on the roster. Blake Horn (K), too.

Tre Moore moved from QB to DB.

Jack Lee (OL), Marquise Peggs (CB) and Kyle Marcinick (WR) are seniors this year, but may have another year of eligibility after this one; not sure.

Names from last season that I don’t see on the roster:
Darnell Robinson DB
Walker Lott DB
Thomas Vissman DB
Matthew McCabe DE
Ethan Campbell DE
Jamison Hale OL

Good day to everyone.Do not read to much into HC game with BC forget it. B-C could be one of better teams in the east this year. HC was no match for BC to strong across the board bigger stronger more physical. Remember this HC now has played two games this will be our first. They have yale at home there tired of getting there ass kicked they will be ready for yale.On offense same play calling as yale use a little more off tackle running plays . Quick running backs like to get to the outside. there QB are ok off line a work in progress. Defense there quick to the ball . Good LB number 44 is all over the field. Defensive backfield physical. Hope the weather is good. Yale 28 HC14.

That’s terrible, all the secrecy. I would have hoped for some imagination and cunning.
Not the same old garbage.!!
